Description: Night Club/ Disco/ Lounge Bar in Venice Italy for Sale. This is a superb business opportunity as from Jan 2007, this will be the only night venue open in Venice as competitiors are selling to different business areas. This club was opened in 1963 and is still the most popular destination for tourists and locals alike in Venice. The owners and founders of this club are at retirement age. They are looking for an investor that is interested in preserving a unique venue as well as generating future profits. I am a friend contracted to source English speaking investors for this business. Please contact me for more information. Andy Pitt +39 (Phone # removed)or email (URL removed)
