I am in the beginning stages of creating my company. With the investment I'm seeking, I would purchase two local, but highly reputable, lawn/landscape/snow removal companies to add two niche services too that no other competitor can even begin to compete against. My plan is to add seawall installation and repair as well as adding the complete line of dock and hoist sales and service. I have been in all of these lines of work for over half of my life and there isn't any other company that will be able to compete with my experience, knowledge, or connections in any of these niche services that I will be able to offer. The bonus to the entire package is the list of over 500 customers that I already do work for as an individual and will be able to offer more services of complete property management from "surf to turf". I have countless references to offer as well.
