Description:
Major Systems Inc. is 5 year old growing Mechanical Contracting company specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Controls located near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company has three divisions: Service, Construction, and Controls/Building Automation Systems. The Company is seeking $1.0 Million of investment capital to fund the current backlog on government financed construction contracts valued at over $2.5 Million, and to support the continued overall growth of the Company. The Milwaukee Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas continue to enjoy unprecedented building construction growth due to redevelopment iniatives backed by tax incremental financing and other government-private joint ventures. Major Systems, a Woman and Minority owned Company, is uniquely positioned to garner a high percentage of these contracts due to the government requirements for Woman/Minority participation on these projects. We are currently seeking capital investment to continue net positive growth and expansion in the marketplace.
