Unlocal Beer Company is bringing an exclusive experience to craft beer consumption in Milwaukee. Milwaukee is full of great breweries, big and small, and a lot of bars are introducing guest taps from craft breweries local to Wisconsin and a few from afar. Rather than brewing our own beer, Unlocal is providing Milwaukee residents with craft beer otherwise unavailable in Wisconsin. All of the beer that we sell is new to Milwaukee, coming from small breweries around the country.
Unlocal will have the first taproom in Milwaukee to serve craft beer only from small breweries outside Wisconsin. A total of eight breweries will be featured on tap at once, each showcasing a different state and style of beer. Other products from these microbreweries will also be available for purchase in six packs. We are providing more than just beer to our customers. Unlocal is an experience that renews with every visit. Our 8 tap selection rotates entirely every 8-10 weeks, so there will always be something new for frequent customers.
Unlocal functions unlike other taprooms. Rather than brewing our own beer, Unlocal acts as a medium for providing Milwaukee residents with craft beer otherwise unavailable in Wisconsin. Microbreweries around the United States are our direct suppliers. How is this possible? Bars and beer stores have to get their beer from a distributor, right? Under Wisconsin law, smaller craft breweries outside the state can sell directly to retailers in the state, like Unlocal Beer Co. This isn't done very often but it is possible, and it is the basis of what we do. Our supply chain works differently from any other taproom in the country, which is easily displayed in the variety of products we will be offering.
There are hundreds of breweries that we want to stock in our store, and we can't wait to get started. Our selection process guarantees there will always be a new beer for you to fall in love with. Small microbreweries across America are pushing the limits of craft beer. New styles and mashups of traditional styles are becoming more popular, as seen in Milwaukee's local craft scene. We pursue the unashamed, the unawakened, the Unlocal.
Unlocal Beer Company is more than just another bar, its a complete night out. We don't have a kitchen but that only opens up more opportunities for every customer. In addition to complimentary bar snacks, you can order food to be delivered to the taproom via 2nd Kitchen, a company we are partnering with that brings local food to your table. In addition to that, there will be a variety of games to enjoy with family and friends.
