Description:
My Husband and I are getting back into the construction business after leaving in 2010. We have a sufficient amount of collateral. Have a hard time getting funding to get us going again. We would like to start building patio (slab on grade) homes for people downgrading. We have found market demand and prospected acreage for development. We have a good amount of cash but just not enough. Looking for some direction.
