Business Model The focus is to create athletic video coverage that no other company has and distribute the content in to the mass public and other media outlets. YGN provides full season coverage for Professional and High School athletic teams. Production level is scaled to the needs of our clients or teams. At the high school level, a complete coverage model of all games within Iowa’s class 4A creates efficiencies to lower equipment and labor cost. Complete coverage doubles the audience of one game, compared to serving individual teams. Videos become our assets and are distributed to multiple media formats such as: Broadcast TV, Internet Syndication, Subscription viewing, and DVD sales. Financials Sales for advertising, contract production, DVDs, and corporate sales increased each of the past three years. Cost of production and office management is predicable because of two years of production in Central Iowa. YGN needs to raise $500,000 in capital to fund a statewide expansion and build out production a studio, part of which will be covered by a grant of $75,000 from the IDED. Capital will be used to upgrade studio equipment, upgrade website, and hire four additional full-time staff (Office Manager, Production Manager, Sales Account Manager, and Video Editing Manager).
