My company is basically just myself. What I do is upgrade property for profit. I started with some land in niagara that I found very cheap,cleaned up the property obtained building permits and sold for triple the price I paid. Last year I bought a house in a suburb of Richmond Virginia for 290k
and sold it for 375k a year later.I invested 20k and did all the upgrades myself. I have another house in niagara under construction. the house I'm living in I've doubled in size over the past year (URL removed)tage is money.
