I live in a small town called Hillsdale in Michigan. There are properties all over this town and around the surrounding areas that are in a little bit of rough shape and are selling very cheap.
Once the properties are renovated, they will be easy to rent out. People around here are not looking for the burden that comes along with home ownership these days, they would rather rent. There are apartment complexes all over the place with waiting lists to prove this fact.
If I can get the funding, I can fix the houses up and rent them out easily. My goal would be to make $50 a week profit on each house. This creates a very good profit down the road once the business is built up.
This is a pretty easy business to get into, all I need is the funds to help pay for it. Please consider my business venture. Thanks.
