Description:
I wish to start an Off-road Go Kart/Dune Buggy Track in Sandusky, Ohio. We will start off by only being open seasonally, and feeding on the traffic that our neighboring Amusement Park, Cedar Point, creates on a daily basis. Our target market will be 15-25 year olds that are seeking a speedy adrenaline rush. Step one, before I can do too much though, is to find some good affordable land.
