Description: We are new Investment Portal with members that are looking for above average investment opportunity. We are bringing in members from other sites and have an ever growing list of opportunities. Currently we are looking for funding that has real estate as collateral at 55% or less of value. We are also doing fast turn arounds on Apartment units. Typically yields are 20% or more per transaction. Investor would be put in 1st position. Normally monies would just be used as escrow deposits or used in outright purchases if further discount is given. We normally have buyers lined up for purchases before we enter into the transaction.
