Description:
I have over 10+ years experience in business management and am ready to bring a taste of style, class, and dance to the west valley. I need the capital investment to get started, then this will become a definate money maker. I have the plan, vision, experience, and the drive to make this a success for everyone involved. No more driving to Scottsdale just to go to a nice club without cowboy hats and wranglers. We will offer a variety of events, as well as a clean environment. No hats or baggy attire. We will enforce a nice attire dress code. We will offer an environment that is both casual and exciting. Sunday football, Ladies nights, whine tastings, etc, etc. We have the connections for marketing, security, and staffing. All we are seeking in an interested investor who is willing to help get this off and running. Still currently there are no real nightclubs in the Goodyear area. There are some honkey tonk bars playing hip hop and dance, but no real class. Sports bars are another big pull in the area and there are constant lines out the doors on Friday and Saturday nights just to hang at the Bar. Currently most individuals who want to go to a nice nightclub drive all the way into downtown Phoenix or to Scottsdale. Establishing the nightclub to go to in the west Phoenix area would be a definate finacial benefit not only to us, but to the city of Goodyear. Thats my key to getting the city to also see the benefits and grow not only the nighclub but the local mom and pop eateries. I plan to do this by having the business catered every night by a local area eatery, which then gets us away from having a kitched and FDA policies, but offeres free publicity to these eateries as well and that in turn builds a strong relationship in the city of Goodyear. I have several connections and would love to just get this going.
