Description:
I'm looking for some one to invest in my Resturant. It's a small place,700sf building I have paid the rent and deposit, and thats good until 4/1/09 I also bought the smoker that I will be useing . I used my income tax money to get as far as I have gotten, but now I'm at a stand still because of money($10,000). Now I know it's alot of money, but with it I know I can make it. Everything is in order, I just need a little help. I'm willing to take any % rate that you deem to be FAIR. I'm new to this owning a resturant thing, but I've been in the resturant business for about 34 years. My name is Andrea M. Hardy aka Dre and my number is (Phone # removed). I would love for you to call me so we can meet and talk. I will be able to show you the place, you can see where its located. I hope this is enough information for you to call so we can set-up a meeting. Hope to talk to you soon
My Best, Andrea Hardy
