Small company active in the design and prototyping of plants for the production of energy, plants for environmental protection and for business consulting and quality (ISO 9000). Interest also for investments in silver housing. About eldercare in Sardinia, we plan to build a structure for the reception of self-sufficient elderly people near Oristano. The land, a few miles from the sea, has an area of almost 10 Ha and is a short distance from a rehabilitation institute. From our evaluations (range of action, resident population, spending capacity, etc.) some groups of mini-apartments could be created (living room, bedroom and bathroom) as well as a whole series of buildings for recreation, socialization and gardening. The structure should be calibrated for 48 guests with a fee (excluding occasional stays of relatives and friends) around 2,600 euros / guest / month that would bring the budget of revenues well over one million euros per year. The staff could be below ten units and the gross margin should therefore be above 30%. We could provide more evaluation elements and draw up a more detailed report, up to the executive project. The investment should be about 4.5 million euros
