Description:
We purchase, undervalued land and resale it to developers. We are seeking to purchase multi-family and residential rental properties. Over the pass 2 years we have taken steps to capitalize on the current down market. We are seeking funding to purchase properties in areas that are growing during this downturn, where markets are still steady.
