Description:
To plan and develope a automobile that will require no fossil fuels and recharge itself as it is driven. It will work.
I have the plan and need the support.
I also need someone with the assets to just take 90 seconds to listen to my plan.
It is extremely simple in theory. But, the development may require assets beyond my means.
