Customers pay a membership fee which they get to use towards there purchase to obtain internet prices in store and in competitor store fronts. A subscriber service online to receive products for the set up they have which will come to them without them having to wait. To walk you through you pay a flat fee a month for 1 of 3 membership package you feel u spend on your vaping needs each month. Whichever package you have that amount goes towards your purchase for the month. Anything over you still receive discounts but pay the difference.
