My mission: To create a memorable experience through the simple delights of fresh foods and cooked grains, a festival of irresistible baked treats, comprised of the bouquets of cinnamon and glazed sugar; butter or Carmel flavored popcorns. The taunting aroma of sautéed minced garlic and onions, in an iron pot of beans. This is the first place you think of to start out your day with a hot bowel of authentic farina a medley of coconut milk and cinnamon or a bed of a French eggs consumed in a frame of Texas toast. A modest menu inspired from the Boricuas of South Americas to the heart of mother’s kitchen baking breads in a tin can, too basting meat loaf or barbequed chicken; to the quick pace of urban far during a stressful rush hour in the busy city of Atlanta. When time is important and value proves necessary for not just families of four or more, but the pockets of individual budgets; Young people and adults alike will adore our sweet treats, from the mouthwatering mini burgers, two a simple cup of soup, PJ’s Spring Roles and penny candy. Multi Media Artist Andre M Brown has over 20 years of Creative experience,supported by a Degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design and many years of visual Merchandising Design. It’s my profound passion for the culinary Arts that has motivated me to couple theses passions into a medley. Having written poetry and preformed music in the midst of my life it behooves me to someday create a venue that fans and artist can share the arts over good food and spirits and continue to make my humanitarian contributions through the arts
