I import Liquor in a patent pending beverage dispenser which allows for liquor to be sold for the first time in 30ml portions. The "bag" holds 25 x 30ml mini shots of Vodka, Rum, Whiskey etc. The consumer buys the whole 750ml bag ( 25 shots) and is able to use them conveniently.
I need to additional finance enhance the packaging and aquire additional distributers. We are currently in MA, CA and FL. In 2009 we will be in CT, TX, NY, NJ and MD.
50% of the company can be purchased for $300 000 and will need an additional $150 000 to move ahead with new varietals already for 2009.
