We are a full service remodeling company in the Dallas area. We also build custom homes and do light commercial work. We do over $13 million in revenue each year and are expecting to close over $15 million this year. We just recently opened a new show room located in Plano and are seeing great results with closing rates and size of the jobs closing. We would like to diversify into the real estate industry with vacation homes, rental homes and fixing up and selling homes. We use most of our cash flow in the business so we are looking for an investor to help us purchase distressed properties where there is enough equity in it to either flip it or turn it into a rental property for investment purposes. We have the ability to make all repairs and remodeling at a fraction of the cost with our trade base. The only thing we are lacking in this scenario is the cash flow to get it done.
