My company is just an idea at this point that has been well thought out for a couple of years now. I am currently a SVP of sales for a corporate company and am looking to step out of that and do what I am most passionate about - making food for other people and watching them enjoy it. I want to make this dream a reality. I would like to open this venture in Portsmouth, NH in the downtown area as my sandwich shoppe will be fit in perfectly with the town's atmosphere and my personality. Picture this - Cozy colors of orange, brown and red on the walls with black tables and chairs, a horseshoe shaped "bar" where you can sit and have a beer while you watch your sandwich being made. There will be local artwork on the walls that can be purchased for that artist, a table in each of the window
