Auto Toys, Inc. is an organization that is interested in purchasing a turn-key auto repair business that has been operational for fourteen plus years. This car care facility currently offers a complete domestic and foreign car repair service that has an excess in sales of $500,000+ in each of the past 3 years. Auto Toys, Inc., believes once purchasing this business, it will be able to increase the sales of this location by expanding into more complex service repairs, along with the addition of after market accessories such as stereos, alarms, remote starts, tires and rims to mention a few. Auto Toys, Inc. plans to expand into a third division called Doc’s Equipment Repair, which will be headed up by Jim Burgett “Doc”, founder of Doc’s Equipment repair. In this trying economy there is need for a streamline of multiple opportunities rather than one entity and seeing the need with all of the trucking, loading docks and quarries in the immediate area has just helped us become more diverse in today’s market. Auto Toys, Inc. plans to include on the road repair services which will differentiate us from the rest of the repair facilities in the greater Chicago land area to our customers at reasonable rates for convenience to customers rather than them having to figure out how to drop off their car during a busy day. Auto Toys, Inc. plans to expand into a second location which is available and already set up for the repair market. The second location is in need of very little equipment to be up and operational in just a few weeks. The second location is located about 40 miles away covering the north side of the Chicago land area, and we feel with the addition of tire sales, after market accessory sales and installation, as well as fleet truck repair, fork truck repair, and heavy highway equipment repair will triple the income this garage mechanic shop is currently bringing in as a source of income. Auto Toys, Inc. will serve the South Chicago land and Western Chicago land market with two full service convenient locations as well as serving a broader greater Chicago land area with our on the road repair service. Auto Toys, Inc. believes it will grow into a business with an income in excess of $800,000+ in service repairs by year three or sooner.
The Concept:
The auto repair market has a lot of competition; however, almost all only offer service. Auto Toys Inc has investigated these locations with great detail. Existing to date in these areas there are not many shops and with the few there are they have very limited auto repair facilities, no equipment repair shops, and no on road repair shops. Auto Toys, Inc feels it can corner the market with these upgraded services. Most equipment repair shops do transmissions, engine repair, or minor repairs.
Auto Toys, Inc. will be partnering with Jim Burgett “Doc”, founder of Doc’s Equipment repair, which he will be heading up and overseeing all aspects of the Hydrogen Generator as well as training the current mechanics employed at each of the locations. As for his experience he has been a lead mechanic with 30 plus years experience in auto repair with 15 plus years working for Cadillac. He has been in all aspects of previously owning and operating his own auto repair facility for 3 plus years. His experience and knowledge allowed him to further his experience in the equipment repair field where it allowed him to join several different unions. He presently carries union certificates including, but not limited to, Auto mechanic’s union, Operators engineer’s union, Electrical engineer’s union, and Labor’s union. He is presently joining the local 150 Operators Mechanics union which will allow Auto Toys, Inc. to go onto construction job sites to do equipment repair.
As partnered with Doc’s Equipment Repair who is well diversified in all aspects of repairs including but not limited to, transmissions, engines, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, fuel systems, heat & air and reframing. No other company offers all these amenities in one central location.
“Doc” has been in the development stages of a product to make our vehicles run more efficiently and save our customers money in the long run. This products concept is to increase gas mileage and performance of your vehicle. Initial cost is around $800.00 installed with a customer getting his money returned within 5 months with the saved spending on fuel. This concept has been around for many years but not to the extent it is today, we will be the only company out there installing them with support. Right now there are units available for any vehicle out today and we are currently working on a unit to be incorporated into machines that run on fuel. This is known as a Hydrogen Generator which is needed in these trying times. Here is a short presentation of the unit.
