A medi spa opening in a location that is booming and has huge growth projections over the next few years. My business has no competition as there are no med spas for miles in each direction. There is a definate market in my area with several high income housing developments to support business. I am well known in this community and already have what you would call a client base established. My med spa and salon will have atleast 1 top notch stylist, which is something that this area is also in great need of and a massage therapist as well. I am a licensed aesthetician and (cmlt) certified medical laser technician and have a a Doctor in place to serve as my medical director. As well as salon services and massage therapy, other services such as facials, waxing, laser hair removal, chemical peels, laser resurfacing of the skin and laser vein removal, photo facials and injectibles such as Botox and fillers will be performed. There is a location in my area that I am interested in and have spoken to the owner and developer of the property who is building a medical complex with retail pads that front a very busy road off a major intersection in my area.
