I have over ten years experience in all areas of construction from the predesign phase, to infield site work, to closings. I personally have held my contractors class A residential and commercial since 2009 in the state of Virginia. I am also a licensed land disturber since 2014 and have multiple residential developments under my belt. Previously, my specific area of expertise is building pre-sold new residential custom homes ranging from 500k-2m+.
