Description:
This company is a construction company initially but ultimately it will be a property management company. A few houses might be sold to fund company growth early on but in the long run it will be a property management company overseeing the systems that the houses are comprised of and taking capital in for the rent. If property management was not where the real money was construction and renovation would not exist.
