Description: It will incorporate all aspects of computer evaluation and repair at an affordable rate. Their will be three tiers; one will be a full retail store, the second will be complete computer repair, and the third will be a charitable organization. Starting from the Bottom: Charity is a taboo word for most investors because it denotes the idea of throwing away money. While this is true in most cases I plan to work closely with the State's Department of Workforce Services. In this ever expanding world a computer is needed for everything from filling out application's to getting in contact with family and friends. The State surplus is a great resource for older working computers and would be my primary for getting hold of the stock to fill the organisation. Complete Computer Repair: This aspect of the company will be one of be the most lucrative parts of it. Good honest service at a flat rate. Most company's offer tech services that are at best mediocre and leave no lasting effect for returning growth. Its important that we bring in customers but just as important to keep the ones that leave. By offering a service that is number one we will be number one. A total restructuring of industry: When people think of computer techs the usual reaction is "So expensive; why do they charge an arm a leg and my first born." I worked as a contractor for a company out of California. They had a remote service that was pretty good. $99 for the first hour and $299 for four hours. The trouble is when you are physically working on a computer; the time taken is spent waiting for the thing to catch up. with that business model your spending the customers money just waiting. We need to build a positive outlook on techs. They are the industry above all else. Lets face it with out a few techs most server company's would be sitting on a pile of crashed hardware. Techs are a much needed staple and as a staple like salt they also need to be able to make the consumer happy with a good taste of what they received in service. A full Retail Store: This is the money maker, no other company that I know of has done this kind of structuring. Full shelving with every brand make and model of computing. Macs, PC's (Windows) and PC's (Linux). The one thing that all computer super stores forget is Linux based systems because they are looked at as a very small percentage of the population. Nerds, Techies, and Geeks. This untaped reservoir of people could bring exceptional growth and being the first companies to fully embrace Linux as a supported OS would give a leg ahead of the rest. By offering a choice of a free Operating System on a great piece of hardware, even the not to savvy people will be blown away. In-order to get this going; investment is a need. The Organisation is open for restructure and development. I believe this company can grow and expand as an exception to the rule because the need is there and we'd be the first to fully fill the need every need that exists.
