Description:
Sarros Consulting was begun in May 2007. Sarros Consulting buys and holds property in Kern Place. In the last three years it has built a portfolio of five properties in the Kern area with a niche tenant base. The properties are mostly rented to world class track athletes who study and train at the University of Texas at El Paso. Recently, Sarros Consulting has begun delving into the short sale business.
Kern Place is a highly desirable neighborhood and within walking distance to the University of Texas at El Paso and other amenities including schools, parks, hospitals, highway access, and recreation.
