Seeking $450,000-$5M. Our company owns beach front land within 1/2 mile of the newest, yet 2nd busiest cruise ship port in the Caribbean. We desire to build beach front condominiums along the pre-approved boardwalk (yet to be paved), as well as a small shopping complex and restaurant. We need $450,000 to complete studies, permits, entitlements, and secure one additional plot.
We would then have access to approximately $4.5M from other sources for the construction. The $4.5M could also come from a private equity participating investor(s).
