Hello
My name is Amber Bass and I am a Christian singer/songwriter/worship leader. I am at the beginning of my journey in the Christian Music industry and I have a producer and label interested in me located in Nashville Tn. I need an investment to get my foot in the door and start recording as well as to get distribution of the first cd. I have songs and am ready to start recording and working with the producers who are interested. I am seeking a 25k investment for royalty or equity.
Here is the breakdown of the money:
$15,000: recording/studio time (includes all mixing mastering and extra musicians)
$3,000: Photography/design/cd case making/duplication
$7,000: Distribution and sales
My plan is to get into the studio and record the cd as proficiently yet as fast as possible, then hit it with distribution and a little touring to start getting you, your money back.
Please note that I can start recording as soon as I have the funds and the goal will be to get it done fast, but proficient, so distribution can begin.
A little about me:
I have been raised in Church, and have been playing and singing for 8 years, and I am 21. I am a student at Liberty University Online studying psychology and I graduate in May. I live in Paducah, KY, and taught guitar/ukulele lessons at Steven Curtis Chapman's (Christian Artist), dad's studio. I am currently job hunting, but I received a Call this week from producers who want to work with me and help me get into a label. I play 5 instruments (banjo/ukulele/guitar/keyboard/mandolin…(URL removed) some drums but I am not proficient at the drums). I have a passion for people and a passion to help usher them to the throne of Christ in worship. I know part of this industry is to entertain but honestly this is not about me entertaining people but to have fun with them while leading them in worship.
Jeff Nelson is extremely interested in working with me and he is a prior Dove Award nominee and has worked with some of the best. I hope you will see and hear the potential I have and help me spread the gospel and encourage God’s people through music as well as make you some money!
I know that once this CD is done and with the right marketing partner, Word Entertainment, I believe this can grow and make you a lot of money and make a positive difference in the music industry.
