I have been designing and decorating cakes for over 15 years now. I began as a helper for my aunt, who had been decorating cakes for over 20 years. After attending college at Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX and graduating this past December with my bachelor degree in human science, I have decided that what I really love to do is still make people smile and know that I helped make their day special. I feel that I do this best when I am given the opportunity to create their dream cake for the day. I have in my minds eye, to open a specialty cake shop where I can serve the people of my community to the very best of my ability and make a lasting heritage and imprint on society for years to come.
