Description:
Tell me a little about your business.
I have a entire product line of cbd based products. Drops, pain salves, pain creams, chap stick, Anxiety rollers, face scrubs, bath bombs, suckers ect.
When did it start? What year?
I started in June of 2017
What was it that made you want to start this business?
I suffer from a lot of medical problems and am unable to have access to medical cannibus, so i found the next best thing which is CBD. When it worked so well for myself i slowly made other products, sold to friends and family. soon i was helping more and more people. Now I have a whole line and also distributors. we are helping utah be pain free.
What was the toughest thing you went through when opening?
I dealt you and still do deal with the harassment of other companies and anti cannibus people.
If you had to start over from day one what would you have done differently?
nothing
What is the toughest part about having a business in 2017?
Funding, and dealing with social media bullies.
If a customer was to choose between your business and three others just like it why would you suggest they at least give you a try first?
i absolutely do. I explain to them while other companies have a lower price my products are pure and true. i show them lab tests and walk them through the differences between my product and others on the market.
What is the number one way you currently bring in new customers?
Facebook.
Has the Internet played a significant role in your business as it has become more prevalent?
yes it has. most of my sales come from the internet.
If you had to look six months to a year into the future where would you like your business to be?
I will have a shop open in brigham and working on opening one in ogden.
In the long run, are you seeking to increase or decrease your involvement with the business? Step away and be more a manager, passive owner, etc.? Why?
I will be hands on will all my staff and clients. That will never change. I will be the front line of this company till i die.
