We are currently producing a film called "Hunting Logic" set to film in fall of 2011, directed by Sunday Boling and cast by Meg Morman. Our goal is to have domestic and foreign limited theatrical release, dvd sales and other forms of distribution as listed in our business plan.
Maniacal Wombat Pictures, LLC is seeking an equity investment of $1,500,000 dollars for the development and production of HUNTING LOGIC. An initial investment of $250,000 is already in
place, with 90 shares of $15,000 remaining. Each share is worth .5% on back end profits. Investors also receive 115% recoupment of their investment. Primary revenues will be earned over the first three years. HUNTING LOGIC will be produced through a wholly owed single asset company (LLC) in order to shield investors and producers from any personal risk.
