Our home is a ranch style duplex located in a subdivision of similar styled homes. The duplex has been opened so the licensee resides on one side and the residents reside on the other. The main floor of the resident's side consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two resident bedrooms. The lower level consists of a bathroom, two resident bedrooms, relief staff room, as well as storage and heat plant.
We will provide 24-hour supervision, protection, and personal care to 6 adult males who have developmental disabilities, mental illness, or who are aged. The facility however, is not handicapped accessible.
The Licensee has 8+ years experience in working with the populations identified, primarily in adult foster care settings.
