I am a beginning real estate investor and I am interested in getting funds to rehab houses. I will hopefully purchase my first house this week, free and clear, but it needs a bunch of work done to it. I am moving on this purchase because the amount is VERY reasonable, and I do not want to lose it to someone faster than me. But after I purchase it I will not be able to afford to fix it up and my husband and I are NOT fixer-uppers at all!! My business company is named Bridges Marketing Unlimited, so I am REALLY also interested in helping other small business owners market themselves, but the opportunity to invest in real estate came along before I had really gotten anything up and going with clients and their marketing.
