Using a steel model kit provided with residential finish, I'm seeking to build multiple 6k sq ft buildings housing 6 apartment units with an estimated $70k in annual revenue with 100% occupany. I am seeking several different options with regard to startup financing.
1) $75k to combine with my own capital to purchase land to be used as equity for a construction loan
2) $100k to purchase land to be used as equity for a construction loan with my personal $25k to be saved for future use.
3) $400k to fund the entire cost of the building minus the acquisition of land
4) $500k to fund the entire initial project.
