I have an office space of 1200 SF in Quinct, Massachusetts, USA which I want to use as the base office in USA to bring in investors from Asia and South America to invest in real estate projects and owning properties in the USA.
I like to be able to hire professionals with these expertise to operate the international marketing and professional real estate business on my project.
Initial investment required for this operation is $ 500,000.00 as seed money with a 40% ownership of the business.
Proposed operations:
To acquire 5 land/ beat up properties in the USA and to advertise in the international market to bring in new investors to develop this projects which include:
500 Sf - 1000SF apartment and 1200Sf to 2500SF strip malls units. The projects will be limit to small size unit making investment affordable for 1st time foreign investors to try these method of owning a property in the North East of USA. Location: Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York.
Project margin: 40% to 100% depending on location and the cost of construction.
Advantage: If project are develop in Massachusetts or Rhode Island, I am a fully insured and licensed general contractor and can develop the projects 15-20% because I have the know how and manpower locally. I have my own construction company.
Ist tier investor: 40% ownership to the Green Solutions
