Description: I have an opportunity for the right investor. I own one of the most well known and controversial independent music companies in the United States based out of San Diego, CA. We work mainly with one Iraqi-American hip hop artist that has made a name for himself across the globe and has won many awards over the past 3 years since we put out his album including: -Winner of MTV's "The Freshmen" -Nominee for MTV's 2008 Video Music Awards for Music Video of The Year -Winner of 2008 Hollywood Film Festival for "Music Video of The Year" -Winner of (URL removed) 's 2007 Summer Music Contest -Music Video featured video on (URL removed) -Nominated for 2007 San Diego Music Awards -Nationwide TV interview on Fox New's "Hannity & Colmes" -many others To put it short, I have accomplished a lot and made a name for my artist and record label on a very small budget. Now we have a new album, 2 music videos, merchandising, and an international music tour coming in early 2009. We have a music consultant, publicist, and manager on the label team as well to reach our goals of making in the neighborhood of 5-10 million dollars in the next 3-5 years. I am looking for start-up costs in the neighborhood of $250,000 which will get me through the first 6 months of the new album release. The money that will be spent will all be accounted for and we have business and marketing plans to show the investor on what the money is needed for. The music business has completely changed over the last five years into a technology based business with digital downloads, mobile phone downloads, ringtones, full functioning websites that sell merchandise. This is a small investment for someone who wants to be involved in the music business. You can check out the artist, his name is TIMZ ((URL removed)) best site for all the videos and national tv interviews he has been on.
