Our goal and purpose is to acquire and redevelop existing properties affordably and make them available to low to moderate income families within the Cook County communities.

It is our mission to partner with local city goverments , nonprofit organizations , federal agencies and financial institutions who share our vision and will assist us in reaching our goal . In doing so we will create a viable network of partners with like passions for our great city and surrounding suburbs whose drive is to see to it that each family therein has been afforded the opportunity of energy efficient housing.
