Description:
I have recently stumbled upon a 3-4 story nightclub that sits next to a restaurant on 2.2 acres of land. in which they are in a prime loction easily accessible to the expressway, coming or going toward philadelphia. the night club consists of about 6-8 dance rooms, master kitchen, large parking lot, with a list of other features including top floor master dance room. this building is going for well under what it is worth with the price being negotiable. with the right funding and management this establishment is sure to be a headliner and potential national attraction because of its size and unique design.
