Description:
We are contracted to remodel and reequip existing car washes at up to 9 Chevron/Texaco gas stations in the mountain west. These car washes have each fallen into disrepair and are now inoperable. When they were in operation, the average income per location was $500/day. With demographics and projections from equipment suppliers, as well as historical financial information, we believe this income will again be reached if not surpassed. Currently this contract with the gas stations is for 10 years, to be revisited upon completion of the contracts.
