Flash Back is a multi purpose transitional housing, and vocational training institute. It's primary student body will be made up of veterans and former foster care youth. It is a two year program where they will be offers not only housing, but also an opportunity to learn a vocational trade.
At the completion of the first year, students will have earned a certificate of completion. During the second year they will serve as an intern where they will receive wages and real job experience by working at Flash Back Theater that is geard towards the $280 billion dollar tourist industry.
The theme Flash Back focuses on the greatness of american history and culture spanning over 100 years. Through music, drama and comedy audiences will be reminded of the many people that brought the richness of their country and blended into America. To complete their travels through time they will also be treated to many of the dishes that would have been served. This is a $55,000,000 project. ROI can be negotiated
