After years of research, practice and experience in wellness, metaphysics combined with a new generation of MTV and edgy era Burning Man style market appeal, we are seeking an angel investment of $1.7 or so million (to be negotiated) to purchase the property, and then funds to be discussed to renovate this gorgeous, woodsy 18 acre property into an upscale haven for wellness and well-being. Located in the heart of Topanga, CA in LA near Malibu and Santa Monica, as well as the valley, we are accessible to the entire area.
We plan to renovate the main house and guest house, build a pool, renovate the spa and sauna, build an events center on top of the large existing tennis court foundation with truly breathtaking view of the mountains and valley, convert the large garage size shed into a yoga studio, and add on a steam room to one of the above structures.
We have put together a long and growing list of top, well-known and celebrity wellness practitioners, lecturers, filmmakers and other groups that we would like to host events, retreats, workshops and screenings here at our beautiful and recharging spa getaway in the hills. It is a haven that feels like stepping into a gorgeous, artsy, cutting edge other dimensions, with a very upscale pampering feel, where high profile and all types of people can come and recharge, reset, pamper and be well. Weddings and other events hosted, as well. There is also another neighboring property that is another 20 or so acres if an investor were to be interested in creating an even larger destination! We also have a huge network of friends interested in destinations and events like these, so we already have a very large network of potential clients! And as an upscale destination with many regular and visiting practitioners, lecturers and well-loved wellness and metaphysical field figures, the project will not only make a significant positive impact on the community and farther reaching, but also turn fabulous profits.
This canyon has been referred to as ‘The Goddess Canyon”, and is a treasure of a find awaiting our seizing it for such a wonderful purpose. There is no other destination quite like it in this and surrounding areas without travelling a few hours.
