Description: I have been a recruiter in the Healthcare industry for a year now and found it to be where I am looking to go with my career. I came across a company that helps in the creation of a business in Healthcare recruiting. I have sources in the building of the business but I don't have all the necessary funding to start. This industry is booming. The shortage of nurses is huge. What my business is out to do is recruit nurses to work at facilities in need of nurses and hold contracts with the nurse as well as the facility. There is currently 10,000 pharmacist vacancies, 13,000 diagnostics imanaging openings, and expected to grow to 75,000 by 2010. This is just an example. If I had a pharmacist with a contract with a facility and he was making 120,000/yr, my cut is $30,000. I know that this is true being that I have absorbed a whole lot of information from this industry. I have done it and I know the opportunity exists for me and the potential investor.
