Description: Skateland Mall will have a Roller Rink and an Ice Rink, separated by a mall-type area. The mall area will contain Pro Shops, (for skates, clothing, and gear) the Just-Right Rental Shoppe, (for daily rentals and theme costumes) and dining areas where patrons can watch live video screens of the activities or lessons being conducted in either rink. Both rinks will be open all day and provide lessons, free skating or practice sessions, theme nights and party events, and a sound-proof tea/coffee house for meetings and homeschool-friendly events. Lessons and party events can be taped, recorded, and sold to participants. Nights can be blocked out for groups such as churches, by accessing the online monthly calendar of events. Skateland Mall will become the Friday and Saturday date-night place of choice. Rules of conduct for activities within each rink will apply, enforced by a security staff. The demographic age range we are targeting is toddler to senior citizen, since Skateland Mall will offer a wide range of family friendly or themed events, all with a professional sporting type atmosphere and a goal of secured enjoyability.
