Description:
Time and Convenience is the two utmost important aspects of today’s businesses. People value their time as there isn’t much to go around these days; anything that is not “right now”, is too long for us to wait around for. And this is what MB2G (MobileBusiness2Go) has created and more importantly, has mastered for the Service Industry.
MB2G (The Company) is an online platform where customers can find, book, and pay for services anywhere and at any time. The Company provides a medium through which third party Service Providers can receive jobs for their specific industry that End Users have booked. This provides an efficient, fast and easy way for third party Service Providers to grow their businesses and for their customers to save time and money.
The Company has successfully operated as a provider of services such as on-site auto, laundry, device repair, and fleet solutions for several years. This success has pushed The Company to build a platform through which the entire operation of The Company can be managed and transition to SaaS development.
The Company can be thought of as a combination of industry peers HomeAdvisor and ThumbTack, but with a more sustainable and profitable revenue model. Current platforms that connect End Users & a service, charge exorbitant prices for leads to the Service Providers. The income model for these platforms relies on connecting the messages from the Service Provider with the Consumer, which may never turn into a job; or Service Providers must pay a subscription fee to join platforms that enable them to find leads, both strategies require the Service Provider to incur costs that may never be recovered. It also doesn’t address the time and convenience matter that we all have come to expect.
MB2G instead offers a unique platform through which Service Providers can compete with one another based on time sensitive responses; like the Uber model. The company charges customers regular market prices for services on the End User side, keeps 20% of that charge, and displays 80% of the price to Service Providers.
Service Providers do not need to pay for leads they may never turn into business. Instead, when End Users of a service needs something done, they are charged a flat fee and the Service Providers can obtain the lead based on a first come first serve bases model. Supporting the need for time sensitivity and in return being convenient for both the Service Provider and Consumers.
The Company offers leads pertaining to Residential and Corporate Accounts; allowing a wider market that pertains to all Service Providers in each market sector, vs exclusively residential much like most of the pre-existing industry peers today.
