Description:
I am trying to purchase a turnkey business I have managed for the last 4 years. The business has has a 5 bay mechanic shop and a c-store attached to front. Both the shop and the c-store have shown a profit the past three years. I need someone to help with the financing and down payment. I have my retirement I am willing to put up for this business. It has a great location, established customer base, and is to be remodeled. It has a ten year lease that is renewable.
