Description: Our primary objective is to become a major factor in the C-Store and gas distribution industry, concentrating on major metropolitan areas throughout the United States. We will initially focus on acquiring groups of C-Stores rather than on developing new sites. The number and locations of C-Stores acquired, their cost, sales and net revenues will depend on our success in identifying acquisition candidates that meet its demographic, operating and financial criteria.
