We are looking for international project financing for a real estate construction project in Pakistan.
The developers own the land, which has just been valued at US $5.5M and are looking for construction finance of US $4M.
Payback period is 3 years maximum, could possibly be as low as 2 years in case the marketing plans achieve expected results.
This is going to be a state of the art office building, which has been designed by a very famous architect in line with new office buildings being made in Dubai.
All planning permission, soil testing, feasibility studies etc have been completed. We are now just looking for the construction finance.
