This WA State LLC wants access to $1,500,000.00 as credit to buy fix and hold rentals.
The goal is to acquire up to 24 Florida, Las Vegas and Washington State Properties to rehab and rent in 12 months.
Different systems of the Business Plan have been tested already: the Buying Systems, the Rehab Systems, the Property Management and Rental Systems.
We have purchased a test group of five rentals while we beta testing our plan over three years.
It is now time to work the plan and acquire an average of two Rentals each month for the next 12- Months.
We need approximately $1,500,000.00 of available Credit for those purchases and for the rehab costs.
All loan dollars will be secured by this collateral, with LTV Ratios no higher than 67%. The preference here is for incremental loans of about $60,000.00, each secured by title to individual Rentals.
