Description:
Currently we do general construction but are more interested in buying and remodeling homes and apartment buildings to either rent or sell. With property values so low right now, we feel this is the time to purchase. There are so many solid opportunites in our area with motivated sellers, we just do not have the capital to take advantage of them.
