My name is Alexandria Hill. I have my BFA Degree in Dance and Fine Arts. I am contacting you because my family owns the first black owned Thrift Store in Las Vegas. It’s C&O Thrift Store. It is legit. It is now up for sale for $450,000.00. We have all of the licensing for the property and business, I simply Do not have the money to buy it. The 2 buildings are located in a black neighborhood. I am contacting investors to help me because I would like to buy it and turn it into a dance studio for the children and teens in this area.
